Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal (consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Temia Consulting, owner Vladimir Romanov, Rosenheimer Str. 83, 81667 Munich, Germany, e-mail: contact@temia.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. Upon withdrawal the licence ends and the licence key is deactivated.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium (download), the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.
Purchases through resellers
If you bought the program from a reseller (e.g. the Apple App Store, Digistore24 or Paddle), the reseller is your contractual partner, and withdrawal and refunds are handled under its terms. For purchases processed by Paddle, please request your refund from Paddle (see the link in your order confirmation e-mail or paddle.net). We are happy to help: contact@temia.de.
