1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 egg white
pinch of salt
combine sugar,strawberries, egg white,and salt in mixing bowl.
Beat at high speed 10 mintues or until stiff peaks forms.
Note: Frozen strawberries may be substituted.Thaw and drain before measuring
