Tutorial 1: Main Steps to Set the Program
At first, you should add your rooms to the program. To add a room, open the "Rooms" tab. Click the "Create" button.

In the opened window fill in the necessary fields about your room. You can add any information about your rooms, e.g.: category, rate, price, room furniture, photos and so on. Click the "Save" button.

In order to add your guests to the program, open the "Guests" tab. Press the "Create" button. In the opened window fill in the necessary fields about your guests. You can add any information about your guests, e.g.: contact data, language, photos, your notes and so on. Press the "Save" button.

This list of guests´ data can be easily updated, printed, saved as a PDF-file and exported in a CSV format.

In the first tab "Booking" you can see your rooms and reservations (in a graphic representation and as a table).

There are two ways to rent the rooms:
Open the first tab "Booking" –> "Graphical display". Just select the room and click the day when you want to rent this room. In the opened window fill in the necessary fields and save the changes.

Open the first tab "Booking" –> "In tabular form". Click the "Create" button. In the opened window fill in the necessary fields and save the changes.

In order to get the rented room back - select the necessary room. In the opened window in the area "Register/Sign out" click the "Sign out" button.

Additionaly, you can create a new invoice for this guest. To create a new invoice, click the "New bill" button in the area "Bill". In the opened window fill in the information for the invoice. Save the invoice.

To cancel the booking, choose the tabular display. Select the desired reservation. Click the "delete" button.
