Application

The program allows to organize the management of various jobs. The employees can create jobs and convey them to other employees for treatment. Therewith it’s possible to add comments and change the jobs’ status.

Working with Jobs

You can specify additionally a client for every job. Clients are saved in a separate list. Selecting one client from the list, the program displays all tasks where the selected client is defined.

Each task can be categorized - there can be a category and a subcategory. Categories and subcategories can be flexibly defined by the program users themselves.

Additional Program Features

The program allows you to add additional properties depending on the choice of category and subcategory, which makes it very flexible in use. For example, by creating and selecting in the program setting a new task category “car repair”, you can add an additional property “engine type”, specify the type of property “list” and add to the list two values “diesel” and “petrol”. The list of displayed additional properties will be empty while adding then a new job; when selecting the category “car repair”, an additional field “engine type” will automatically appear with two options available for selection.

Table Handling

All tables in the program can be easily and simply customized by the user - you can define which columns should be displayed, their order, width, and also choose the sorting of table contents.

All tables can be exported to CSV format, printed or saved as a PDF file.

Multiuser Program Principle

This program supports user identification. Each program user has its own login and password. All data changes are logged automatically by the program. The program allows you to track which user has added or changed the data. This logs the date and time of the changes, as well as full information about what has been changed.

The program can work with the local database, as well as with MySql central database. In the latter case several users can work with the program at the same time. When one user edits one object, it becomes available to other users in read-only mode.
