Application

The program allows you to keep track of working time. You add the hours worked to the program. In this case, the hours must relate to a specific project (working time account).

Projects Scoping

Projects can be categorized and categories can be selected by the user. Projects may have time constraints, for example: date, hours worked, travel hours. You can also specify the cost of one hour of work (standard rate, in the project, remotely), as well as travel time cost (travel time). On the basis of these data the program allows to generate invoices.

You can open access to projects to all or only certain users.

When adding work time to the program, you have to specify working hours apart from the project (working time account). This can be done directly by specifying a number, or by specifying the beginning, the end of the working day, and duration of the lunch break. Working hours will be calculated automatically.

Additional Program Features

You set the working hours in the program and the program allows you to display the lists of hours total for a specified period of time.

The program allows you to specify the end date of the working hours "End date of the working hours". Thus, all data up to this date cannot be changed.

You can select one of two roles to work with the program — standard role and "controlling" role. The standard role allows you to add working time and the end date of the working hours. The controlling role allows you to look through the working hours of all employees, create invoices, as well as add and amend projects.

Table Handling

All tables in the program can be easily and simply customized by the user - you can define which columns should be displayed, their order, width, and also choose the sorting of table contents.

All tables can be exported to CSV format, printed or saved as a PDF file.

Multiuser Program Principle

This program supports user identification. Each program user has its own login and password. All data changes are logged automatically by the program. The program allows you to track which user has added or changed the data. This logs the date and time of the changes, as well as full information about what has been changed.

The program can work with the local database, as well as with MySql central database. In the latter case several users can work with the program at the same time. When one user edits one object, it becomes available to other users in read-only mode.
